The official cadastral survey (AV) documents the boundaries, areas and numbers of all properties in Switzerland as well as buildings, land cover and addresses. It underlies the land register and is maintained by the cantons with licensed surveyors; the data is available via geodienste.ch and the cantons.
Parzella imports the properties of the survey of all 26 cantons – geometry, area, parcel number and E-GRID – and updates them regularly. They form the skeleton to which all further data layers are attached.
