The official register of all buildings and dwellings in Switzerland with construction year, category and EGID.
The Federal Register of Buildings and Dwellings (GWR) lists every building in Switzerland with a unique number (EGID), construction year, category, number of floors and dwellings, heating and energy source. Municipalities keep it up to date and parts of it are public.
For site searches the GWR shows whether and how a parcel is built up: number of buildings, age of the oldest one, dwellings. Parzella links buildings via the parcel geometry, derives a development reserve and offers filters such as "undeveloped", "buildings before 1970" or "at least x dwellings".
