Cantonal hazard maps designate areas with significant, medium, low or residual danger from flooding, landslides, rockfall and avalanches; the federal surface-runoff hazard map complements them for heavy rain. Building is prohibited in red areas and subject to conditions in blue ones.
Parzella shows exposure to surface runoff and – where included in the PLR cadastre – the cantonal hazard zones, and feeds them into the score. The AI analysis explicitly names natural hazards as a risk factor.
