Public transport quality class

The public transport quality classes of the Federal Office for Spatial Development (ARE) rate a location's accessibility by rail, tram and bus from A (very good) to D (low); areas without a class count as not served. Stop category and distance are decisive.

For residential, office and commercial sites the class is a central criterion – also in cantonal structure plans and parking regulations. Parzella shows the class per parcel, weighs it in the "access" score and lets you filter the list by minimum class.
