A parcel (property) is a delimited piece of land with its own number in the land register and the cadastral survey. It may be built up or undeveloped, inside or outside a building zone, and belong to one or more persons. The parcel number is unique only within the municipality – the E-GRID is unique nationwide.
Switzerland has around 3.9 million parcels. Parzella captures all of them with geometry, area, zone type, buildings, environmental and location data and makes them searchable on a map and in a list.
