The 0–100 rating with which Parzella ranks every parcel against your search profile.
The site score combines four criteria into one number from 0 to 100: size (area relative to what you look for), access (development, public-transport class, road proximity), zoning (does the zone type fit the project?) and restrictions (noise, groundwater protection, polluted sites, natural hazards). The weighting comes from your search profile – a logistics company weighs differently than a housing developer.
The score is a ranking, not a verdict: out of hundreds of thousands of parcels it brings those to the top that deserve a second look. The breakdown per criterion is on every detail page, next to the authoritative extracts.
